Setting up new Counties - Washington County PA

This is a photo of Becks Mill in
Washington county, Pennsylvania taken in 1974.
I am setting up new counties for Pennsylvania so that I can submit them to the historical societies. It also makes it easier to search the photos so that all sites from that county can be found easily.
